Accepted forms of payment are Zelle, or Venmo. Full payment is required prior to start translating your documents.

It really depends on the number and type of documents you have, but I’d usually need between 3-7 business days to complete your translations.

If the Apostille was issued only in English, then it will need to be translated. However, some States issue trilingual Apostilles that already include Spanish and those are good to go as they are.

Please note that I only translate Apostilles, and do NOT issue them.

Yes, every document you turn in at the time of your appointment needs to be translated (except for those originals that may had been issued in Spanish).

Consulates will generally accept on-line submissions with digitally signed copies. However, be prepared to bring high quality color print copies to your appointment.

Additionally, a set of print copies can be mailed via UPS for a fee.

This is a highly unusual event, but it can happen.

I, the translator, will not be held responsible for lost or delayed envelopes once they leave my office. You will need to contact FedEx/UPS directly for updates.

However, if time allows, I can print and send a second batch for a reprint fee of $10 per document.
